My Vets Irrawang & Thornton want to ensure that your pet gets the treatment they need when needed. This is why we offer a range of consultations to suit their needs at our two locations in Raymond Terrace & Thornton, and flexible payment options to cover unforeseen medical expenses.

Consultations & Fees

In-Person Appointments: In-person appointments can be booked by calling your nearest clinic or booking online. When booking online, please select the appropriate booking type and location.

Telemedicine & Video appointments: we have a telemedicine service available for patients who cannot come to the clinic in person. These can be booked via phone or online. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the Telemedicine service.

Payment Options

We offer several easy, flexible payment options for your convenience. We have EFTPOS on site and accept all major cards. Sometimes your pet's condition can be worse than anticipated and require advanced treatment. We want to ensure your pet gets the medical attention it needs without putting you through financial stress, so we offer flexible payment plans available through Zip. 


With Zip, you can choose ZipPay, which allows staggered interest-free repayments up to $1000 total, or ZipMoney, which can be used for purchases up to $5000 with the first 3 months interest-free. Zip gives you the peace of mind that your pet can get treated without delay while you pay for treatment in easy, manageable instalments.

Policies

  • Payment Policy

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash.

  • Patient Arrival Policy

    For your protection and that of others, all animals must be on a leash or in a pet carrier and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

  • My Vets Booking Policy

    At My Vets, we respect the time of our clients and aim to provide patient health care in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience our clients, patients, and our team. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

     

    We understand you may be busy; to remind you of the booking, we will send you a confirmation message before your appointment. We ask that you confirm or contact the clinic on the same day to cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

     

    A $50 booking fee applies to secure a weekday procedure or a Saturday appointment. This fee is credited to your account and will go towards costs on the day.

     

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for consultations and 48 hours for procedures. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than the above time will result in a $50 fee as appointments are in high demand.
