Booking an in-person appointment is easy! You can call your nearest clinic directly or book online at any time.
When booking online, please be sure to select the correct appointment type and preferred clinic location so we can prepare everything your pet needs.

Telemedicine & Video Appointments

We offer a convenient telemedicine service for patients who are unable to attend the clinic in person. These appointments can be booked easily by phone or online.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Flexible Payment Options

At My Vets Irrawang & Thornton, we want to make caring for your pet as stress-free as possible — including when it comes to payment. That’s why we offer a range of easy and flexible options to suit your needs.

We accept all EFTPOS cards, including American Express, for quick and convenient in-clinic payments.

For clients who prefer additional flexibility, we also offer the following payment solutions:

  • ZipPay – Interest-free repayments on purchases up to $1,000.
  • ZipMoney – For larger expenses, offering purchases up to $5,000, with the first 3 months interest-free.
  • VetPay – A dedicated veterinary payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of treatment over manageable instalments.
  • GapOnly® – For eligible pet insurance holders, GapOnly® allows you to claim on the spot and pay only the gap (the amount not covered by your insurance).

These options provide peace of mind, helping ensure your pet receives the care they need without unnecessary financial stress.

Policies

  • Payment Policy

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash.

  • Patient Arrival Policy

    For your protection and that of others, all animals must be on a leash or in a pet carrier and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

  • My Vets Booking Policy

    At My Vets, we respect the time of our clients and aim to provide patient health care in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience our clients, patients, and our team. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

     

    We understand you may be busy; to remind you of the booking, we will send you a confirmation message before your appointment. We ask that you confirm or contact the clinic on the same day to cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

     

    A $50 booking fee applies to secure a weekday procedure or a Saturday appointment. This fee is credited to your account and will go towards costs on the day.

     

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for consultations and 48 hours for procedures. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than the above time will result in a $50 fee as appointments are in high demand.
